Futuristic Visions Terms & Conditions of Service

IMPORTANT NOTICE: *All Payments to Futuristic Visions Are Non-Refundable*

Futuristic Visions ("The Company") agrees to furnish services to the Employer, subject to the following TOS (Terms of Service).

Use of Futuristic Visions service constitutes acceptance and agreement to Futuristic Visions TOS.

The TOS may be changed from time to time at the discretion of the Company. The Employer understands that change to the TOS by the Company shall not be grounds for early contract termination or non-payment.

Our Service Provides:

► Futuristic Visions agrees to do its utmost in creating the best design to fit your design taste, time limit, and/or budget.

► Futuristic Visions agrees not to use, sell or give out any photos or scripts given for any projects received from the employer.

► Futuristic Visions agrees not sell or give out any private information, such as, names, phone/fax numbers, addresses (email or other).

► All design work rights will go to the employer after receiving payment in full. Futuristic Visions, however, holds the right to put any design work created by Futuristic Visions on their web site.

► Futuristic Visions would like to ask all Employers to create a link to www.FuturisticVisions.com (Regarding the creation of websites). This however, is not mandatory.

► Futuristic Visions encourages responsible use of the Internet and discourages any activities which reduce the usability and value of Internet services

► We, the Company, preserve the value of Internet resources as a conduit for free expression and exchange of information.

► Futuristic Visions preserves the privacy and security of individual users

Payment system:

► All payments must be credited to a bank specified by Futuristic Visions unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of credit card payments, your credit card number may be securely retained in our database for billing purposes.

► Following the completion of a decision in starting any design work (logo, banner, poster, flyer, magazine ad, web site, etc.), Futuristic Visions requires half of full payment. This payment is nonrefundable and will be deducted from the full, prior agreed payment for services given. If the sum of moneys to be transferred falls below US$100, then full payment must be made prior to the starting of any design work. On the completion of design work the remaining half of payment must be paid. All payments to Futuristic Visions are non-refundable.

► Design work will not begin until proof of payment (faxed or emailed receipt) is received.

► If the employer is satisfied with services provided by Futuristic Visions and has paid in full, any changes to the design work there after will be charged hourly (prices may differ according to the design work, difficulty and time needed). Charges will be no less than $ 30.00 and will not exceed $100.00 per hour.

Failure to Pay:

► The Company may temporarily deny services or terminate this Agreement upon the failure of payment charges when due. Such termination or denial will not relieve Employer of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges, plus reasonable interest and any collection fees.

► In any case where services have be terminated for the reasons above, any moneys transferred to Futuristic Visions will not be refunded.

Boundaries of Terms of Service:

► Futuristic Visions will not provide services or take any projects from Employer that may contain explicit pornographic or illegal material.

► The Company does not tolerate any such illegal activities and will contact the proper investigating authorities.

► The Company does not take any responsibilities for any problems that may occur after changes have been made by any one other than Futuristic Visions or its staff. The Company however will be happy to help or give advice and support in the case that a problem occurs.

► Support and services given will only be in The Company’s area of expertise. The Company can and will introduce the Employer to another company in the case that The Company’s support and service is unavailable or not in its area of expertise.
